Herbein Acquires Creese, Smith, Hune & Co.

Optimum Strategies client Herbein & Co., a regional leader accounting firm based in Reading, Pennsylvania, has acquired Creese, Smith, Hune & Co., a firm based in Pittsburgh, effective Nov. 1.

Optimum Strategies' Chief Operating Officer, Ira Rosenbloom, advised the firms on the combination.
