HBK Expands New York Metro Presence with Acquisition of KHS

HBK, a leading accounting and advisory firm, announced today the acquisition of Konner, Harbus and Schwartz, PC (KHS), a boutique accounting firm based in Paramus, New Jersey. \

The transaction, closing at the end of October, will establish the firm’s newest office location in Northern New Jersey.

Ira Rosenbloom of Optimum Strategies advised both firms on the transaction.
