Yount, Hyde and Barbour, based in Winchester, Virginia, plans to acquire Glass Jacobson PA, a firm in Owings Mills and Rockville, Maryland, effective July 1.
Ira Rosenbloom, chief operating executive of Optimum Strategies LLC, assisted with the deal as a strategic advisor.
