Dunlap & Associates PC, in Chalfont, PA, and Seitz, Leatherman & Kolb LLC, in Montgomeryville, PA, are joining forces to create DunlapSLK, effective Jan. 2, 2019. Optimum Strategies acted as strategic adviser to both parties on the merger.
The combined firm will have nine shareholders and 47 other team members.
